OperationId:ForwardVoicemail

Copies a voicemail message into the new folder of another mailbox and emails that user the new-voicemail notice. Your copy stays where it is. Any user can forward from its own mailbox to a mailbox in its own domain. Otherwise your scope must be able to change both mailboxes, so a recipient in another domain needs Reseller or Super User scope.

Recipient not found: no such user in the recipient's domain (the path's domain for a bare extension). Voicemail not found: the message is not in the folder. The domain in the path may also not exist. Check the recipient and the filename.
