Count agents in call queue

OperationId:CountAgentsCallQueue

Counts the agents on a call queue, with the same visibility as the list. Any user scope in the domain can call it. Call Center Agent, Basic User, Advanced User, and Simple User count only their own agent entries, and a Site Manager the agents who are users at its own site.
