List defaults

Lists stored default values: the rows that fill fields a create leaves out. Each row names an object, a v2 field, a value, and the tier it applies at: the whole system (reseller and domain both *), one territory (reseller set), or one domain (domain set).

Each scope reads its own tier and the tiers above it, never another tenant's rows:

Super User and Super User Read Only read every row.

Reseller and Route Manager Reseller read their territory's rows, the rows of domains in their territory, and, with full=true, the system rows.

Office Manager, Office Manager Read-Only, Call Center Supervisor, Route Manager, and Site Manager read their own domain's rows and, with full=true, the territory and system rows that apply to it.

Basic User, Advanced User, Simple User, and Call Center Agent get 403.

Each filter matches exactly, and * or an empty value means no filter. full=true adds the rows your tier inherits. Rows are paged with start and limit, which defaults to 100. For keys without values, append /list.

How defaults apply: when a domain, user, or device is created, each field the request leaves out takes the value of the most specific matching row. A domain row wins over a territory row, which wins over a system row. Within one tier, a row for the object wins over one whose default-object is *. User and device creates read the domain's rows, its territory's rows, and the system rows; a domain create reads territory and system rows, since the domain can't hold rows yet. Fields no row covers fall back to the legacy default values.
