OperationId:countProcesses

Returns the number of rows the equivalent GET /v2/processes would return. Every query filter above applies and is built by the same code, so a count can never disagree with the list it counts.
/count is a suffix stripped before routing, not a route of its own. It shares the <tier>_list privilege bit with /list.
