OperationId:ReadImage

Returns the details of one stored image: who it applies to, its media type and size, and a file-access-url that downloads the file. Requires Reseller or Super User scope; a Reseller reads images for its own reseller, a domain in it, or every reseller. The reseller, domain, and server are matched exactly, so an image stored for every domain is not found when you name one domain.
