OperationId:CountAnswerrulesUser

Counts a user's answer rules, including the rules that apply to every user in the domain, the same rules the list returns. Requires Basic User scope or higher for your own rules. Site Manager, Office Manager, Reseller, and Super User scopes manage the users they administer. A Call Center Supervisor can also count the rules of a Call Center Agent.
