Move those rules to another time frame first, with the answer rule endpoints. One entry. Send child_id, the timeframe-id of the date range, days of week entry, or holiday. The time frame stays. A child_id that is not in the time frame returns 404 with Timeframe entry not found. An ID that does not exist, or that belongs to another owner than the path, returns 404 with Timeframe not found.
