OperationId:UpdateContactForUser

Changes a contact in a user's personal address book or one of the domain's shared contacts. Send only the fields to change. Every scope except No Portal can change its own address book, and Site Manager, Office Manager, Reseller, and Super User can also change those of the users they administer. A shared contact needs the rights of PUT /domains/{domain}/contacts/{contact_id}.
