OperationId:ReorderAnswerrules

Sets the order in which a user's answer rules are checked; the first rule whose time frame matches handles the call. Send every current rule exactly once, including the default rule *. Requires Basic User scope or higher for your own rules. Site Manager, Office Manager, Reseller, and Super User scopes manage the users they administer.
