OperationId:ListDomainResponders

Lists the applications a dial rule can use, for the dial rule editor. Each row gives dial-rule-application, the value to put in a dial rule, with its display name. The list is the platform's catalog as the call engine uses it (your custom applications included), limited to the responders a dial rule can start. It is the same for every domain.

Read-only: every method but GET returns 405. /domains/{domain}/responders/count counts the same list.

Office Manager can read it for its own domain, Reseller for any domain in its territory, and Super User and Super User Read Only for any domain. Other scopes get 403.
