List agent status changes - NetSapiens API v2

Returns the call center agent log of a domain: one entry each time an agent signed in, went available or unavailable, took a break, lunch or a custom status, or signed off. Requires Office Manager, Call Center Supervisor, Route Manager, Site Manager, Reseller, or Super User scope for every agent in the domain. A Site Manager reads only the agents in its own site. A Basic User, Advanced User, Simple User, or Call Center Agent reads only their own entries.

datetime-start and datetime-end are required and may be at most 31 days apart. Entries are newest first unless sort and order say otherwise. Times are in UTC.

Each entry carries the status the agent entered, how long they stayed in it (status-duration-seconds, counted to now while it is still in force), and the status they left. Filters combine with AND; a comma-separated filter matches any of its values.

callqueue, site, and department match the agents' current queue membership, site, and department, not their values when the change happened. The name, site, and department on each entry are also current values; for a user who no longer exists they are null.

For one agent's status periods with totals, use GET /domains/{domain}/statistics/agent/{agent}/timeline. For minutes per status across agents, use GET /domains/{domain}/statistics/agentLog. For the agent's status right now, use GET /domains/{domain}/agents/{agent}/status.

Add format=csv to download the same entries as a CSV file. Use /count for totals or counts per group and /list for a lighter entry.

Each read is recorded in the domain's access log.
