List domain event subscription summaries

OperationId:ListDomainSubscriptions

Returns a domain's event subscriptions with six fields each: id, model, post-url, domain, user, and status. Use GET /domains/{domain}/subscriptions for the expiry, counters, and servers.

It uses the list privilege instead of read, which Basic User, Site Manager, Office Manager, Reseller, and Super User hold. The rows you see follow the same scope rules as the full read, and post-url is masked the same way when you cannot change the subscription.

There is no default limit: without limit, every matching subscription is returned. Append /list to /domains/{domain}/subscriptions/{id} for one subscription in this shape.

A domain that does not exist returns 404.
