OperationId:DeleteContactForUser

Removes a contact and its avatar from a user's personal address book, and from their video contact list when they have video meetings. Every scope except No Portal can change its own address book, and Site Manager, Office Manager, Reseller, and Super User can also change those of the users they administer. A shared contact needs the rights of DELETE /domains/{domain}/contacts/{contact_id}.
