OperationId:DeleteSmsCarrier

Deletes a custom SMS carrier and every field it has. Requires Super User scope. A builtin carrier cannot be deleted: hide it with PUT /smscarriers/{carrier} and enabled set to false.

The change is saved to the configuration of the server that answers the request, and is in effect when the response arrives. Other servers in the cluster do not receive it.
