OperationId:TransferCallForUser

Transfers a call in progress, blind to call-term-user, or attended by merging in another call with hostname and call-destination-session-id. Requires Basic User scope for your own user, Office Manager for a user in your own domain, Site Manager for a user in your own site, or Reseller or Super User scope.
