OperationId:AddUpdateAvatarUserSContact

Uploads a square image and makes it the avatar of a contact in a user's personal address book, replacing the current one. Any user can change those of their own contacts; Office Manager, Reseller, and Super User can change other users' in their scope, Site Manager only at its own site. Send the image as multipart/form-data in a part named file; POST and PUT on this path do the same thing.
