OperationId:ReadDialpolicy

Reads one dial policy by name. Requires Super User, Super User Read Only, or Reseller scope; other scopes use GET /domains/{domain}/dialpolicy/{policy}. Names are unique only within a domain, so when several domains have this name, the first match is returned: use the domain path to pick one.
