List domain brand summaries

OperationId:ListBrandsDomainMinimalFields

Returns the identity and active flag of each brand scoped to one domain, without styling or assets. Requires Reseller, Super User, or Super User Read Only scope; a Reseller reaches only the domains in its own territory. For styling and assets, use GET /domains/{domain}/brands.
