OperationId:CreateSiteInDomain

Creates a site, the system extension whose settings, such as dial plan, caller ID, time zone, and emergency address, the users filed under it copy when they are created. Requires Office Manager scope in the domain, Reseller scope for a domain in your territory, or Super User scope. Check a name first with GET /domains/{domain}/sites/count?site=<name>.
