OperationId:DeleteMohUser

Deletes the MoH file at index and its metadata. The others keep their indexes, so the order has a gap until you reorder or add one there. Any user can change its own MoH. Office Manager and Call Center Supervisor can change any user's MoH in their domain, Site Manager at its own site, Reseller in its territory, and Super User any user's.
