OperationId:DeletePhone

Removes a phone from the Endpoints server inventory, or frees one of its lines, found by device-provisioning-mac-address in the body or query string. Requires Office Manager, Reseller, or Super User scope. A Site Manager reaches phones whose line 1 belongs to a user in its site, and Basic User and the other user scopes only their own phone, the one whose line 1 they own.
