OperationId:DeleteAddressForUser

Deletes one of a user's emergency (E911) addresses by its emergency-address-id. The address must belong to the user in the path. Everything that used it falls back to the site address, then the domain address. Requires Office Manager, Site Manager, Reseller, or Super User scope, or Basic User scope for its own user.

The delete is accepted and applied shortly after. For bandwidth and brightlink the address is also removed from the carrier. Every user, device, site, and domain that used it has its emergency-address-id cleared and falls back to the site address, then the domain address.
