OperationId:CreateRecordingStorage

Creates a recording storage service: a remote destination, such as an S3 bucket or an SFTP server, where the domain's call recordings are archived. Requires Office Manager scope for your own domain, Reseller for domains in your territory, or Super User scope. A second create with the same name and vendor changes that service instead of adding one.
