OperationId:CountCdrs

Counts the call detail records (CDRs) that match across domains, and totals their talk time. Unlike the list, a count has no default window: send datetime-start and datetime-end. Requires Super User, Super User Read Only, or Reseller scope; a Reseller sees only its own territory's domains.
