OperationId:UploadSpeechWordDomain

Replaces a domain's override audio for a speech word with a file you send, converted to 8 kHz, 8-bit mono WAV. Requires Office Manager, Call Center Supervisor, Route Manager, Reseller, or Super User scope for the domain; a Reseller only for domains in its own reseller. Send the file as a multipart file part, or as base64 in file-base64 in a JSON body.
