OperationId:DisconnectConferenceParticipant

Hangs up one participant's call. The participant stays on the conference's list and can be called again. To hang up and also remove them from the list, use Remove conference participant. Requires Basic User scope or higher. Basic User, Simple User, Call Center Agent, and Route Manager act only on the conference they own.
