OperationId:DisconnectAllConferenceParticipants

Hangs up every participant on the call, which ends the conference. Participants stay on the conference's list. Requires Office Manager scope or higher; Basic User, Simple User, Call Center Agent, and Route Manager cannot use it, even on a conference they own.
